No its not go to a whole foods store and get a herbal whole body cleanse they worked must better and cleanse more then just your intestines

I dont know if it works I have read a couple reviews that werent so good. I would recommend drinking a quart of water mixed with 1 tbsp of sea salt atleast 2 hours before going to work. Im doing this on the MasterCleanse diet and it really does work, its very inexpensive and its all natural. Whatever you do stay near the toilet and you may feel like you have to pass gas but dont or you will mess up your clothes.
